TIP! It’s best to open your roll-packed mattress as early as possible. However, if it must remain roll-packed, we advise against storing it that way for more than 60 days.

Transit Times for UPS/FedEx Ground

Once your order has shipped, the following approximate transit times apply. 

Eastern and Central States: 3-4 business days
Western States: 5-7 business days
Email notification with tracking information will be sent

 

Freight Curbside Delivery

While all Naturepedic shipments (including all mattress sizes) typically use FedEx/UPS Ground, foundations and other considerations may make freight delivery necessary. The freight company will typically call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and leave it on the curb. There is no extra charge for this delivery method and all free shipping promotions apply.

 

Canadian Shipments

Please add additional transit time for shipments to Canada as customs can be unpredictable. Also, remote destinations (i.e. YT, NU, NT, NL, PE and remote parts of QC) may incur additional charges. You may be contacted with an updated shipping quote once we receive your order. 

 

APO/FPO Shipments

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you have further questions, please contact us.

Doorstep Delivery

Your mattress will be delivered to your door for a simple self setup. 

 

In-Home Setup

Your new mattress ships directly to your home. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get an email to schedule a convenient setup time with our trusted, third-party delivery team. Just make sure to pick a time on or after your expected delivery date. When the team arrives, they will bring your mattress inside and set it up in the room you choose – no heavy lifting needed! In-home setup is available only in the continental U.S. and is non-refundable.

 

In-Home Setup With Old Mattress Removal

Make your upgrade seamless by letting us handle the removal, too. With this option, your mattress ships right to your doorstep. You’ll receive an email when it ships to schedule your in-home delivery for any time on or after the expected delivery date. Our professional, third-party setup team will bring your new mattress inside, set it up where you want it and take away your old mattress for responsible disposal or recycling whenever possible. This service available only in the continental U.S. and is non-refundable.

 

Disclaimer: By selecting “Add In-Home Setup,” you are choosing to contract with a third-party provider (Unified Logistix Group or Go Load Up) for delivery and setup services. Unified Logistics is a professional white glove delivery provider with extensive experience and top-notch customer service. We offer this service for your convenience, but please note that Naturepedic does not employ or manage Unified Logistix Group or its staff. Any issues or claims related to in-home setup – including but not limited to property damage, stolen goods or personal injury – will need to be addressed directly with Unified Logistix Group. If you prefer not to use this third-party service or do not wish to waive potential claims against Naturepedic, we recommend selecting standard delivery and arranging your setup independently.

damaged shipping policy

Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Naturepedic must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers. 

 

For deliveries that utilize our 3rd party in-home setup option, we kindly ask that all property be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damage must be clearly documented on the driver's copy at the time of delivery. Our 3rd party in-home setup teams will not accept responsibility for damages reported after the delivery has been completed and the driver has left the premises, as proper documentation is essential for resolution. 

stolen goods after delivery

Unfortunately, Naturepedic is unable to send a replacement product or issue a refund in cases of stolen goods after delivery. We recommend contacting your local police department to file a report of stolen goods from your property. You can then use that police report to file an insurance claim with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance if you choose to do so.
