One Percent for the Planet
Naturepedic donates one percent (or more) of our annual gross income from our mattress sales to approved nonprofits which are dedicated to environmental causes.

Naturepedic is a recognized EPA Green Power Partner, publicly pledging its commitment to green power. Naturepedic supports renewable wind energy by purchasing Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) for 100% of its electricity usage from Green-e certified provider NativeEnergy.
Cancer Free Economy
The CFE is a network cultivating an inclusive movement to promote healthy environments where no one gets sick because of exposure to toxic chemicals where they live, learn, work and play. The CFE seeks to effect change through a holistic approach that engages new voices and strengthens existing movements to reduce hazardous chemicals in the water we drink, the air we breathe, the food we eat and the products we use.
Organic Trade Association
OTA's members work together to encourage and protect organic farming practices, and to share messages about the positive environmental attributes of organic products with consumers, the media, and policymakers.
Organic Consumers Association
OCA is a grassroots non-profit organization campaigning for health, justice, and sustainability. The OCA deals with issues of industrial agriculture, children's health, environmental sustainability and other key topics.
AllergyKids Foundation
AllergyKids Foundation’s mission was to protect American families from allergenic substances through education and by recommending manufacturers that provided hypoallergenic products without common allergens. The foundation endorsed our organic mattresses and bedding designed without latex for babies and children.
Regenerative Rising
Regenerative Rising is devoted to elevating and forwarding regenerative principles that expand the capability of people to lead from a living systems worldview. Alliance For Organic Integrity
The Alliance for Organic Integrity was established with the goal of ensuring, protecting and enhancing the quality and integrity of the organic guarantee being provided to consumers. It brings together key actors from the organic sector to explore and discuss the status of organic inspection and certification, with the aim of identifying deficiencies and developing an action plan to help tackle them.
Organic Voices
Organic Voices works to spread awareness about the benefits of organic agriculture and food production. They aim to create a better understanding of what being organic really means, from environmental impact to health benefits.
Baby Safety Alliance
Naturepedic is a member of the Baby Safety Alliance, a national organization dedicated to advancing safety for baby and children's products. Formerly as the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA), the Alliance has been shaping legislation, educating families and promoting safer standards across the industry for 60+ years.

Organic Farmers Association
OFA is run by farmers for farmers and works to grow a strong national organic farmer movement. With the purpose of building and supporting a national farmer-led movement and national policy platform, OFA advocates for policies that benefit organic farmers, strengthen the capacity of organic farmers and farm organizations, and support collaboration among organic farming and like-minded organizations.
Alliance for Sustainability
The Alliance for Sustainability was created nearly 40 years ago by visionaries from around the world with a mission to co-create sustainability on a personal, organizational and planetary level. Building on their pioneering successes, the Alliance for Sustainability seeks to make sustainability mainstream through an open-hearted center of deep listening, empathy and collaboration.
Childhood Cancer Prevention Initiative
The Childhood Cancer Prevention Initiative is a growing cross-sector collaboration aiming to reduce the use of toxic chemicals associated with cancers in spaces where children live, learn and play. The alliance includes members of the Cancer Free Economy Network that seek to confront the rising incidence of childhood cancer. The Childhood Cancer Prevention Initiative also publishes the Childhood Cancer: Cross-Sector Strategies for Prevention report.
Mattress Recycling Council
Bye Bye Mattress is a mattress recycling program available in California, Connecticut and Rhode Island that helps people dispose of mattresses in a way that supports the community and the environment. The program is operated by the Mattress Recycling Council, a nonprofit that uses a recycling fee collected on each mattress and box spring sold to make recycling mattresses easier.

Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP) is a national organization working to eliminate toxic chemicals and other environmental exposures that lead to breast cancer. They work with communities impacted by environmental exposures linked to breast cancer, translate science into education and action, press businesses to make products safer, and help to pass health-protective laws.
Clean+Healthy
Clean+Healthy advocates for a just and sustainable world free from toxic chemicals by working closely with communities, policymakers and organizations. They aim to eliminate harmful chemical exposure for a toxic-free future for all.
Humble Design
Humble Design furnishes homes for individuals and families emerging from homelessness. They transform empty spaces into personalized, welcoming homes, helping to restore dignity and long-term stability.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity builds and repairs affordable housing in partnership with families in need. Their mission is to create safe, decent places to live through volunteer labor and community support.
First Candle
First Candle is dedicated to saving babies and supporting families by promoting safe sleep education and providing grief support for those impacted by Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID) and other sleep-related infant deaths.
The 24-in-24
The 24-in-24 is a nonprofit endurance event where participants run one mile every hour for 24 hours to raise funds that grant wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses. The event benefits A Special Wish Foundation’s Cleveland chapter, bringing hope, joy and strength to families right here in our hometown.
