Encased in soft, breathable, GOTS certified organic cotton fabric and filled with resilient PLA batting made from non-GMO sugarcane, the Naturepedic Nursing Pillow supports safer, more comfortable infant feeding without questionable materials like polyurethane foam, memory foam, flame retardants, vinyl/PVC or phthalates. It accommodates a diverse range of body types and supports baby long after the newborn days with a core that won’t flatten, dip or disrupt baby’s latch. It also includes a GOTS certified organic cotton waterproof cover that helps keep nursing time, bottle-feeding time, tummy time, and cuddle time clean and easy! The removable waterproof cover is machine-washable, ensuring that the pillow remains fresh and clean even after spit-ups and other messes.

You'll also love the feel of this luxurious stretch-knit fabric. It's soft to the touch and easily conforms to your every curve.
pla batting
PLA is a high-performance synthetic fiber that offers resilience, moisture wicking and a comfortable fluffiness. Naturepedic formulates our PLA exclusively from non-GMO sugarcane, which is then fermented in a process similar to making yogurt to create lactic acid (a naturally occurring material that gives the “tang” to yogurt and makes your muscles ache after a work-out). This yields a molecule called lactide, which undergoes a crystallization process that removes the water and creates the high-performance polymer – polylactide (PLA). PLA meets the MADE SAFE® standard and is used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies.
