Is this bed safe for toddlers?
The Savona Kids Bed is recommended for children ages 3 and up. While it’s not designed for toddlers transitioning directly from a crib, it’s a great next step once your child is ready for their first "big kid" bed. For bunk configurations, the top bunk is recommended for children ages 6 and up in accordance with safety guidelines.
Is the bed durable enough for active kids?
Absolutely! Built with real wood and expert craftsmanship, this bed is made to handle everything from sleepovers to pillow-fort-building. Its sturdy frame ensures long-lasting support through every stage of childhood.
Can the Savona Bunk Bed be separated into two individual beds?
Yes! The Savona Bunk Bed is designed with flexibility in mind. You can separate the bunks into two individual beds depending on your child’s needs and room layout. No additional hardware is needed, but please note that the top and lower bunk will not look identical if you choose the Twin over Full configuration and choose to separate the beds, as they have different headboards (and are different sizes!).
Can the Savona Kids bunk bed be configured as a loft bed?
No. The Savona Kids bunk bed is designed as a fixed two-bed configuration and cannot be converted into a lofted bed.
Can the ladder be attached to either side of the bunk bed?
Yes, the ladder can be installed on either side. The top shorter rail is designed to attach on either end, giving you flexibility to choose the setup that works best for your space.
Does the Savona Kids bed frame come with a trundle?
A trundle is not included with the Savona Kids bed frame, but you can purchase a trundle separately to add extra sleeping space or storage.
How do I clean and care for this bed?
