I love this pillow so much. I now hate sleeping on any pillow that isn’t this one. The shape of it allows me to wrap it behind me, giving my back some extra support.
I refused to use this pillow when I bought it for my husband (no matter how much he raved about it and his better sleep) because I was afraid to fall in love. Well, he went out of town this week. I used the pillow for two nights. I'm back here buying one for myself. I did fall in love.
I have a hard time finding a good pillow. I prefer a pillow that's not too puffy, more of a low profile. I suffer from tension in my head and shoulders with headaches, so the side sleeper cut out pillow improves posture while sleeping.
