How to Return

Organic Mattresses, Foundations, & Bed Frames

Sleep on it — literally. Our 100-night sleep trial gives you time to try out your new mattress, organic bed foundation, enGauge bed frame, or emBrace platform bed at home. Sleep on it for at least 30 nights — this breaks in the mattress and gives your body time to adjust. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within the trial period for a full refund. Excludes our Halcyon line and bassinet pads.

Organic Bedding Separates, Bedding Sets, & Lifestyle

Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return any bedding separate, bedding set, or lifestyle product for a full refund, simple as that. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Excludes final sale purchases.

Organic Mattress Toppers, Pillows, & Bassinet Pads

Comfort and support aren’t always things you can judge in a few minutes. Sometimes it takes a few nights! Sleep on your organic mattress topper, bassinet pad, or pillow for up-to 30 nights, and if it’s not right for you, send it back for a full refund.

Real-Wood Furniture, Adjustable Bed Frames, & Select Clearance

Please note that real-wood furniture and adjustable bed frames are final sale. Due to the complexity and costs associated with shipping large items, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Select clearance items are also non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding — it’s what allows us to keep our shipping free!*

Finding the right feel doesn’t always happen on the first try. With our EOS and Halcyon customizable mattress collections, you can swap layers to find your perfect fit.

EOS Layer Swaps

With the EOS layer swap program, you can exchange your comfort layers for free during your 100-night trial if your selected firmness isn’t quite right.

Simply fill out the form below within that window to choose your new feel. Once your replacement layers arrive, install them at home and use the prepaid return label to send your original layers back. When we receive them in good condition, you’ll be issued a full refund for the layer purchase.

Past your 100-night trial? No worries — you can always purchase new EOS layers if your comfort preferences change, even years later.

Halcyon Layer Swaps & Returns

An investment of this caliber should feel exceptional. With Halcyon, after 60 days of use — and within 120 days of delivery — you may apply up to 50% of your original purchase price toward a new mattress of equal or greater value. You’ll simply cover any difference in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges.

Prefer to fine-tune instead of replace? Halcyon also offers a layer swap program similar to EOS, with a 120-day window to exchange layers and adjust your comfort at home.

How can I return my order?

To start a return, simply reach out to our customer care team within your eligible return window. We’ll walk you through the process and provide instructions based on your specific item. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive guidance on packaging and shipping your item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is processed, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within a few business days. The exact timing can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, but most customers see the refund within one billing cycle after it’s been approved.

How do I return a gift?

If you received a Naturepedic item as a gift, contact our customer care team with as much information as possible about the order. We’ll help coordinate the return and provide options based on eligibility.

How can I exchange my order?

For most products, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to ensure the fastest service. However, for customizable mattresses like EOS and Halcyon, layer swap and adjustment programs may allow you to fine-tune your comfort without a full exchange. Our team can help guide you to the best option.

How does the 100-night trial work?

Our 100-night trial gives you time to sleep on your mattress at home and decide if it’s the right fit. If it’s not, you can initiate a return within the trial window for a full refund. For EOS mattresses, you also have the option to swap layers during this period to better dial in your comfort.

Are final sale items eligible for your risk-free trial or money-back guarantee?

No. Final sale items, including real-wood furniture, adjustable bed frames, and select clearance pieces, are not eligible for trial periods or returns. These items are excluded due to the complexity of return logistics and limited inventory availability. However, defects in workmanship are still covered by your warranty.
