90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy - Swap any 3" comfort layer within 90 days of your purchase and only pay for shipping. Just fill out a simple form at naturepedic.com/layerswap and order your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid return label, and you're all set. You'll be issued a full refund once we receive your original layers back (so long as they're received back within 90 days of your original invoice date). It's that easy!
120 Day Exchange Policy - If you are not completely satisfied after 60 days of sleeping on your mattress or topper and within 120 days of delivery, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your cost towards a new Naturepedic mattress or topper of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any differences in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges. Your original receipt from an authorized Naturepedic dealer is required. Your original mattress will be picked up at no charge by Naturepedic and donated to charity. The Comfort Exchange must be exercised directly with Naturepedic and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Unable to Deliver Due to Size or Other Reason - Please measure the doorways, hallways and stairwells before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made, including making a delivery appointment within a reasonable time frame. If delivery cannot be made due to any of these restrictions, you will be responsible for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs.
